Our freshly-caught fish prepared for you in the following manners:

Fried in the Houses’ Style
A full fish fried golden-brown in butter and parsley, served with salt potatoes (fillet possible)

Breaded
A full fish crispily breaded with large bread crumbs, served with fried potatoes (fillet possible)

Blue
Trout in fish stock with a generous portion of fresh blanched vegetables, served with melted butter and salt potatoes

Asian
A full trout deep fried in a wok with peanut oil, served with fried Fair Trade rice

Danube Salmon (only when ordered in advance – minimum 4 people)
A full fish, oven-roasted with vegetables

Shrimp sweet and sour, served with fried basmati rice

Breaded Pork Schnitzel „Viennese Style“ Served with fried parsley potatoes

Vegetarian Spring Rolls“ served with fried Fair Trade rice and dip sauce
